Robert Loinaz, PSAC

Accomplished site acquisition and project management professional with nationwide experience.

Robert Loinaz is a founding member of Siteac LLC and an accomplished site acquisition and project management professional with nationwide experience in wireless telecommunications infrastructure.

Robert currently serves as Project Manager for the telecommunications industry where he manages new site builds across the United States. He began his career in site acquisition in 2011 working on telecommunications modifications and later expanded his expertise to include small cells, fiber deployments, and new site development.

Prior to entering telecommunications, Robert built a career in hospitality and entrepreneurship. He completed his Project Management training through Cornell University, strengthening his ability to lead complex infrastructure projects with efficiency and accountability.

Renee Fontaine, J.D.

Site acquisition attorney and consultant with more than two decades of experience

Renee Fontaine is a founding member of Siteac LLC and a site acquisition attorney and consultant with more than two decades of experience in land use, real estate development, conservation, and wireless telecommunications infrastructure.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a major in International Relations and a minor in Environmental Studies and later earned her Juris Doctorate degree. During law school, Renee gained hands-on experience in zoning, entitlements, and development transactions while working with a land use and real estate law firm.

Following law school, Renee joined the legal department of Metro, Portland Oregon’s regional government, where she worked in the Open Spaces Program, a large-scale public land acquisition initiative. She later entered the wireless telecommunications industry in the legal department of Aerial Communications (later merged with T-Mobile), beginning her long-standing career in telecommunications site acquisition.

Renee also spent five years in commercial litigation focused on construction law and eight years advising clients on international real estate acquisitions. Over the past 15+ years, she has worked extensively on wireless site acquisition projects across the United States, including new site development, site modifications, and small-cell deployments for T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon. She is a dedicated mentor and educator with a strong commitment to professional development.
